As outside counsel for Iman Cosmetics Inc., Jacques advised on their North American Marketing and distribution agreements. She also had the opportunity to work on behalf of QVC, StarShop, and Whole Foods, among many others. She also provides astute reviews of Private Placement Memorandums and licensing deals for emerging technology companies like Wordeee, Xeniapp, and Visionary Access. In recognition of her impact on the field of emerging tech companies, she was featured in the Huffington Post and nominated as a Forty under Forty candidate.

As head of the Sports, Non-Profit, and Corporate Governance division, Jennifer skillfully navigates the complex needs of athletes and their families. Her negotiation prowess is evident in her work securing sponsorship agreements on behalf of her clients with heavy-hitters like Morgan Stanley, TD Bank, Wilmington Trust, Bergdorf Goodman, and Toyota.

A member of the New York Junior League, Jennifer takes pride in guiding young adults on different paths to entrepreneurship. Her love for this pastime stems from seeing young adults emerge as entrepreneurs or professionals in their respective fields, taking inspired action toward their dreams.

Family is also a deep commitment for her. She enjoys spending time with her 94-year-old grandmother, who has dementia. Due to her familiarity with the illness, Jennnifer has spent time on holidays singing Christmas carols at nursing homes to bring holiday cheer to the elderly.
